This is surely the best brand-new hotel, very very helpful and attentive staff, spacious rooms. It offers good service. Btw parking is possible on-site. Value for money, considering that everything is perfect.

towneplace suites was a hidden gem in the heart of minneapolis. the location was perfect with nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment. the staff were friendly and the rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen and comfortable bed. i will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites was fantastic! I was in Minneapolis for a Twins game and the hotel's location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and the train station was just a few blocks away. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The free breakfast in the mornings was a nice touch and had plenty of options to choose from.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we were within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, the scenic river, and our audition destination. The Warehouse District was a unique area to explore. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was cleaner than some 5-star hotels we've stayed at. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast provided was very adequate. The underground heated parking was a great bonus, and the easy access from the elevator was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
Felt like our own home, no complaints.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a good area, really close to excellent restaurants and shops and close to the Twins baseball park and many attractions. The room with bathroom was value for money. The location was incredibly comfortable, not too far away from Target Center.
